An air-cooled rebuild begins with the condition of the parts in front of us, not a standard parts list.
We assess the crankcase, crankshaft, camshaft, followers, heads and oil system before agreeing a build specification. Careful measurement, suitable components and documented assembly help protect the engine’s character and reliability. We can also inspect and recondition period carburettors as part of the work.
